All new clients booking for chemical peels, micro needling must start their journey with a consultation. We recommend consultation for all clients

Payments & Confirmations

All payments are required at the time of booking or appointment will not be secured. In a situation where your service is upgraded/ reviewed, you will be required to pay the balance at the clinic. Kindly Note that payment confirms booking.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. All services missed without 48 hour notice, 50% of treatment price will be charged. Your deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE If you are more than 20 minutes late If you miss your appointment. If you do not reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment.
